How do you choose your clothes? Could you tell me a bit about that process?"

Usually, I decide based on how I start my day and what my mood is like. Or, if there’s a character I want to be—whether I’ll be a more vibrant character or a more subdued one—I shape it accordingly. In truth, I’m the same person, but I change by adding different layers on top of myself from day to day.

Can you dress however you want, whenever you want?

I could if I wanted to, but it depends on the confidence I have in my body; actually, there is nothing really holding me back.

Do other people’s opinions influence your choice of clothes?

It affects me a lot. I think it even affects someone who is completely confident, at least to a certain extent. It influences me, but that changes from day to day. If I’m feeling really good about myself, it doesn’t affect me much; but if my mood is low, then it does.

Have you ever worn the dress you’re wearing now out in public?

No, I haven’t. I wore it once, but that was for Halloween, so I don’t think it counts.

What was it that held you back from wearing this dress?

I thought I would draw too much attention. I didn't want to stand out that much. I felt like I would be too noticeable if I wore it. I always ended up changing my mind. I didn’t want people asking me things like, ‘Why are you wearing this?’ or ‘Why are you dressed like that?’ I didn't wear it simply because I didn't want to deal with those kinds of questions all day.

Who do you draw inspiration from when it comes to your style?

I’m generally very influenced by 70s Glam Rock artists like Elton John, Queen, and David Bowie. People who draw attention with their colorful, glittery stage costumes in this style are usually my source of inspiration. In terms of aesthetics, it's Frida Kahlo. She influenced me deeply when I was a child, and I built my own style upon that foundation. Or even children's cartoons—the ones that are more colorful.
